Next, we will provide you with a free ballpark estimate. Because material
choices and project scopes vary, this quote will often reflect a price
range to give you flexibility.

• Smaller Projects: For straightforward renovations
  (like standard bathrooms), we can typically provide a clear, fixed
  price right away.
• Larger Projects: For extensive remodels or builds,
  this step may include a complimentary site visit to assess the space
  accurately before final numbers are drawn up.

Step 3: Design, Drafting & Consultations

Applicable for: New homes, additions, custom kitchens, and large-scale projects.

Drafting Rate: $35 per hour

For larger, complex projects, we dive deep into the design phase to map
out every detail. Our custom drafting services ensure your project is
built exactly to your specifications.

• Our Drafting Guarantee: We charge a highly competitive
  rate of $35/hour for our design and drafting services. We want this to
  be a risk-free investment for you:
• If you build with us: 100% of the drafting fees are
  credited directly toward your project deposit.
• If you choose not to move forward: You keep the complete,
  professional project plans. You are free to take your finished design
  to any other designer or remodeler.
